Line was to the back but was moving fairly quickly. With that being said, you get the slightest feeling of being rushed by the entree choice girls. Then, by the time you get to the dessert girl, you have to hear the staff talk about their nights before. The meats, sweet potatoes, and barley the greens are well seasoned and taste good. But them other sides lol you better be packing some Mrs. Dash and Slap ya mama. But you get plenty for the money and that's always a blessing.

I haven't been in years because i lived far which they were fireee but i went yesterday ALL I CAN SAY IS BLESS THE HANDS THAT MADE THAT FOOD !!! LBVS THAT FOOD WAS AMAZING!! WE WILL BE GOING BACK IN A FEW DAY We order beef short ribs, meatloaf, fried chicken, mac , yams, greens (need a lil more seasoning but not nasty), dressing!

Food was really good. Had to drive 3 hours but it was worth it. The parking was difficult because the lot was small but there's more space on the other side. Was hoping for oxtails but not every place got them

I used to go to MacArthur's as a kid growing up in Austin. I have not been there in years. However, when I walked in nostalgia hit me and the food welcomed me home. After 10 years this place still delivers. Hands down a must visit!

Its been too many years since I ate here. Just revisited them today, food still as good as it was back then. Everything was delicious . Tastebuds doing the happy dance.

Great food, nice quantity of food, prices have increased considerably. Got food near 7:00pm, closing time 8:00pm. No dining in after 7:00 pm. Dining room area wasn't spotless, rib bone on the floor. It must have been good, there was no meat left on the bone. Lol
